Description

The company and its subsidiary are in the retail Industry is looking for Finance Manager; to lead the account department and is assisted by 2 junior accounts executive.

Reporting directly to company director.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Handling of full set of Accounts and daytoday Finance functions;
  • Issuing of invoices to corporate clients;
  • Close monitoring of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable overdue balance
  • Handling of Payroll
  • Handling of CPF and yearly IR8A;
  • Preparation of monthly GST Returns;
  • Performing daytoday finance operations such as monthend closing and yearend closing activities;
  • Prepare regular financial reports (E.g. Profit and Loss reports, revenue reports) and recommendations if applicable;
  • Handling of commission calculation
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned by Director.

Knowledge of HR related duties will be VERY advantageous

Qualifications and Skills
Possesses minimum Certificate in Accountancy or Finance (Min Diploma)

  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Organized and meticulous working style
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to commence work immediately.
  • Currently using EZ accounting software

Salary:
$5, $6,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
