Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in coordinating the data collection process from data owners across all operations for the sustainability reporting
• Assist to track and manage key metrics and initiatives on the "environment, social and governance" (ESG) pillar and work closely with other relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely submission
• Manage the internal database, review and consolidate data for the Group
• Support the preparation of presentation materials and biweekly newsletter
• Stay abreast of relevant regulations and industry standards
• Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices and innovative solutions in sustainability
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in sustainability initiatives
• Assist with independent research on sustainability related topics to support team who may need technical information on certain subject matters
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Understanding of sustainability principles, frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD) and best practices
• Proactive, meticulous and results oriented with an analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management skills and ability in managing priorities
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent oral, written and presentation skills in English
• Passionate in sustainability-related topics
