Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. To assist in project engineering of mechanical and electrical systems.

2. To plan, coordinate and execute the work schedule per the client's time frame.

3. To understand the current workforce assign suitable manpower based on the planned schedule and ensure the work is carried out smoothly.

4. To monitor and follow up on the mechanical work progress.

5. If the work is engaged with sub-contractors, the supervisor should ensure they carry out the work as planned.

6. Prepare job specifications and costs for the works involved and apply for a work permit for work execution.

7. Support engineers to resolve equipment issues and update maintenance information, records, and drawings entering the in-house system.

Job Requirement

1. 15 years experience in a supervisor role with maintenance in the process plant or related Industries.

2. Good technical understanding & 'hands-on' experience.

3. Good communication and coordination skills.

4. Able to attend emergency calls for breakdowns, especially at midnight.

5. Minimum O Level Qualification
