About the Team


This position will be part of the International Talent Acquisition Team, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and contribute to our recruitment efforts.

You will get to interact with people primarily in HQ Shenzhen and APAC region and have exposure to colleagues based globally.

We are ideally looking for a full time intern from now onwards till December.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on internal and external job boards;
  • Working closely with recruiters and hiring team to carry out projects to improve the recruiting processes;

Requirements:


Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the HR domain or relevant fields
  • Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership;
  • Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates
