Job Description:


  • Makes thoughtful and planned efforts to eliminate the chances of mistakes and overall improve services.
  • Quality assurance involves efforts to detect defects, as follows,
  • Wrong Pick, Short pick & Wrong / Defective parts
  • It involves monitoring, and data collection and analysis to stay on top of changes or mishaps that occur during inbound and outbound process.
  • Quality Assurance (QA) process establishes all product quality and compliance specifications, along with best practice guidelines for all warehouse activities.
  • The QA update quality standards daily, ensuring quality results.

QAs usually collect data related to operations like:

  • Number of Shipments Accepted and Rejected, Details of quality inspections conducted, Quality checks on incoming & Deliveries accuracy
  • QA carry out investigation and track every step in the process to identify any flaws or loopholes immediately and perform quality control procedures about those steps that require special attention or treatment by customers.
  • Quality Assurance also ensures that risks related to compliance with government regulations such as health standards, environmental standards, etc.
  • Carry daily cycle count and stock count to ensure zero pick
  • Working together with CI team and initial CI projects together with CI team to bring about increasing productivity and cost saving.

Qualifications:


  • 1 year QA experience
  • Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent
