Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

1. Responsible for the testing and quality assurance of entire marketplace products;

2. Participate in business testing work and be responsible for controlling the testing plans of major projects, and be responsible for testing deliverables

3. Responsible for quality management work, setting quality objectives, implementing quality metrics and designing improvement solutions

4. Responsible for optimizing and improving the R&D process to improve efficiency and quality;

5. Responsible for improving the manpower efficiency of the team and achieving manpower efficiency improvement through optimization of technology, tools and processes.

6. Responsible for the team's overall performance and people development.

Job Requirements

1. Master degree or above, in computer science, engineering or related major

2. More than 10 years of relevant work experience

3. More than 5 years of experience in building large scale automation testing solutions in E-commerce or Payment relevant products.

4. More than 5 years of experience in leading high performance QA teams

5. Experience in frontend/backend service testing technologies and methods, and familiar with commonly used frontend/backend testing tools, such as data preparation tools, Pytest/unittest and other automation testing frameworks, record and replay automation testing solutions, financial recon platform and other testing tools.

6. Familiar with common middleware for background services, such as message queue, cache, DB, scheduled tasks and other components;

7. Have in-depth understanding and insights into testing technology optimization, quality improvement, manpower efficiency improvement, etc.;

8. Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-drive, strong learning ability, work conscientiously and carefully, and have a strong spirit of cooperation;
