    Location: Changi

    Working Days: 6 Days

    Working Hours: Shift Rotation

    Responsibilities:
    • Greet, welcome, and assist passengers upon arrival.
    • Present and explain the menu of the day, process F&B orders efficiently, and deliver impeccable service to passengers.
    • Serve food and beverages to passengers in a courteous and timely manner.
    • Ensure continuous replenishment of passengers' food and beverage items.
    • Clear used plates, dishes, glasses, and cutlery promptly, maintaining a clean and organized table environment. Achieve table clearance within 3-4 minutes during peak periods and 2 minutes during non-peak periods.
    • Manage the collection, folding, and replenishment of newspapers and magazines; maintain display racks.
    • Contribute to the preparation of buffet displays and table arrangements.
    • Skillfully prepare standard beverages, cocktails, coffee, and tea to meet passengers' preferences.
    • Monitor and manage the adequate stocking of food, beverage, and store supplies at the service area.
    • Maintain accurate records of food, beverage, and store supplies at the service area.
    • Proactively monitor and anticipate changes in consumption patterns during peak and off-peak periods; plan and estimate quantity requirements accordingly.
    • Unpack, prepare, distribute, and display food and beverage items in the service and buffet display area.
    • Monitor the freshness of displayed food; dispose of items not consumed within 4 hours.
    • Ensure all food and beverage displays are consistently maintained at one-quarter full capacity.
    • Assist passengers at the buffet, provide support with buffet equipment, and address any F&B queries.
    • Obtain, receive, and promptly address F&B feedback from passengers.
    • Demonstrate proactivity and creativity in offering alternative F&B options when standard offerings are unavailable. Familiarize yourself with the lounge's F&B offerings and menu cycles.
    • Any ad hoc duties assign by supervisor
    Requirements
    • At least 1-2 years' bartender experience, preferably in fine dining environment
    • Good working knowledge of bar operations and fine dining
    • Able to work on all shifts(night shift required), weekends and Public Holidays as required
