- Lead the finance operations team
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports
- Review and analyse local and subsidiary accounts, providing variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with statutory, GST, and regulatory requirements, staying updated on accounting standards and industry best practices
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking matters
- Participate in annual and forecast budget exercises
- Collaborate with external stakeholders on audit, taxation, banking, legal, and compliance matters
- Identify, investigate, and analyze opportunities for operational improvement
- Ensure adherance to company and group policies in financial processes and procedures
- Troubleshoot operational software issues
- Perform any other assigned and required duties
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent, with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Candidates with audit experience are strongly encouraged to apply
- Meticulous, self-motivated, and independent
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office
