We are looking for a Director, Strategic Projects to join our team, who will be responsible for leading strategic projects across FSMK to enable predictable, profitable, and scalable growth across the region

What you will do:

Initiate and set goals for projects according to our strategic objectives to enable predictable, profitable, and scalable growth across the region
Work closely with senior management to define strategic initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders regionally to design and drive adoption of organizationwide processes to ensure high standards for the delivery and quality of projects
Develop and control deadlines and activities

Requirements:

What we are looking for:

years of experience within project management with strategic responsibilities

Strong strategic and business acumen to define and drive impactful initiatives
Experience in Financial Services or Fintech
Datadriven learning and decisionmaking approach with outstanding knowledge of data analysis
Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods
Effective collaboration and communication skills given highly cross functional role
Proven track record in moving from ideation, to planning, to execution, to launch & iterating rapidly
