    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • To provide accessible, timely, effective, efficient, and professional quality service to resolve problems and to delight.
    • Be available to take calls.
    • Prompt response to queries via voicemail / email & MS Teams messages
    • Accurate assessment/ resolution of problems.
    • Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve problems.
    • Coordination for employee user account administration, activation, changes, and terminations.
    • Receive and answer all users' IT service request calls.

    Requirements:

    • Min. NITEC in IT related discipline
    • Good command in English to liaise with different entities
    • Knowledge on Ariba procurement system is an added advantage
