- Be available to take calls.
- Prompt response to queries via voicemail / email & MS Teams messages
- Accurate assessment/ resolution of problems.
- Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Coordination for employee user account administration, activation, changes, and terminations.
- Receive and answer all users' IT service request calls.
- Min. NITEC in IT related discipline
- Good command in English to liaise with different entities
- Knowledge on Ariba procurement system is an added advantage
