- Monitor, prepare and disseminate documentation to crew via electronic communication means. i.e. email, Adobe-Esign. (e.g. Bonds, Movement Notices)
- Prepare and maintain records using Microsoft tools such as Excel.
- Publish announcements via internal publication systems. (e.g. ADOC, FSI, TBs, Abs, TCCs, Org Charts, Office contact directories etc)
- Assist in doing research and gathering information/data needed for articles, speeches and presentations
- Prepare infographics, posters, Powerpoint Presentation etc.
- General filing of documents / meeting minutes whenever required.
- Monitoring of Voyage Report Comments and follow up with the respective stakeholders where necessary.
- Prepare reports relating to Voyage Report Comments on a periodic basis.
- Assist in review and preparation of Crew and Division Services related manuals with the use of Framemaker software, Microsoft Visio etc.
- Any other assignments as assigned by the HOD.
- A diploma in any field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office and IT software
- Analytical and meticulous with attention to detail
- Proficient in writing and producing info-graphics and posters
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and take initiatives to spot potential process improvement
- Able to work well in a team environment, diligent and receptive to changes
- Self-motivated, with good time management and ability to prioritize work accordingly
