We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals who share a passion for
improving the way technology shapes port and logistic operations.

As our Customer Success Manager, you'll lead the charge in engaging with our users and driving programs and activities
to help us achieve our goals in IT Service Management (ITSM). Your mission will be to ensure our users are achieving
maximum value from our processes and tools, building strong relationships with them, and acting as a liaison between
them and our IT services provider teams.

This role requires a combination of technical and managerial competencies.


Responsibilities

  • Understand ITSM processes, tools, and solutions to meet users' needs
  • Drive engagement programs and trainings to ensure maximum value from ITSM tools
  • Monitor user usage and provide guidance on best practices
  • Understand users' needs and pain points to build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for users
  • Escalate user feedback and work with IT service provider teams for resolution
  • Identify opportunities for ITSM function improvement and expansion
  • Support a continuous service improvement culture
  • Stay uptodate with IT service management industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:


  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Preferably with 23 years of experience in customer success or user management in ITSM field
  • Broad functional knowledge of ServiceNow platform (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, ITOM, SPM)
  • Experience with ITSM processes, tools, and solutions
  • Able to adopt a userfocused approach
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Collaborative and crossfunctional team player
  • Comfortable presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills
  • Industry certifications (e.g. ITIL, PMP, ServiceNow related certifications) are a plus.
