Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and opportunities through existing connections, prospecting and events
- Establishing the Business needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate
- Managing and maintaining the customer relationship
- Explaining technical and business information to customers in a way that is easily
- Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise
- Keeping customers informed about new products/ services
- Compiling proposals and reports (on CRM, and other reports)
- Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met
- Reporting to management about sales made
- Updating records of customer communications and contact information
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales and IT industry
- Proven Experience and Network in one of the following sectors: Retail & FMCG;
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandarin is good to have)
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong timemanagement and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- A bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field
