    Roles & Responsibilities

    Inside Sales Coordinator

    Location: Bukit Merah Central
    Working Day: Monday - Friday
    Working Time: 9am - 6pm
    Salary: $2,800 - $3,500

    Job Duties

    • Answering of phone call and message recording during the absence of Sales personnel
    • Coordinate and assist with sales activities, including sales queries, correspondence, order processing, pricing, product availability, purchase orders, warranty tracking.
    • Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations to customers and notifying delivery schedule details & consignment updating.
    • Raising Purchase Order and coordinate with partners/suppliers on delivery schedules, samples request, shipment tracking and relevant documentation issuance.
    • Stock receiving and item quantity confirmation (when stock arrives).
    • Coordinate with internal departments, such as system setup, logistics and finance to ensure smooth order processing and delivery to customers.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
    • Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including trade shows, promotional events and product launches.
    • Collaborate with Technical team to ensure accurate and detailed product information is provided to clients
    • Work closely with Finance team in outstanding payment follow up.
    • Timely filing of documentations.
    • Ensure an efficient tracking system of all paperwork.

    Job Requirement

    • Minimum 1 year proven experience in sales, preferably in IT industry or related technology sectors
    • Good knowledge of IT products, services and solutions.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT industry or related technology sectors.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel & PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
    • Sales negotiation experience would be advantageous.
