Business Development Manager - Singapore - ARRI ASIA PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Continuously seek new corporate business that expands our client base using action plans focused on the identified market segment
- Actively approach new potential corporate customers and leads.
- Actively searching for new leads, including cold calling and using different social platforms.
- Identifying new business opportunities and markets for the company to enter.
- Conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends and potential partners/customers.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to pursue new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key industry partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as marketing and sales, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Managing and tracking the progress of partnerships and agreements.
- Develop proposals and presentations to pitch new business ideas to clients and partners.
- Assessing the financial feasibility of new business opportunities.
- Participating in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
- Monitoring industry developments and staying up to date on competitor activity.
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress of business development efforts.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Company.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Experience on sales funnel process
- Generating leads through digital skilset, networking and social media platforms
- Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Direct and coordinate sales activities
- Work closely with other departments to execute activities
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Event/exhibition sales related experience is preferred.
