As part of its expansion strategy, our client is is seeking an exceptional Account Director to join their team and drive enterprise sales in the cybersecurity landscape.

    As an Account Director, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of our client base. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Proactively identifying and prospecting new enterprise accounts, including the FSI space, leveraging your network and industry expertise to uncover new business opportunities.
    • Developing and executing strategic account plans to penetrate key target accounts, focusing on building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.
    • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and delivery of tailored solutions to meet client needs.
    • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their cybersecurity challenges and offering innovative solutions to address their unique requirements.
    • Monitoring market trends and competitive landscape within the FSI sector, providing insights and recommendations to inform business strategy and product development efforts.

    skills and experience required

    • Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in selling cybersecurity solutions to enterprise and FSI clients.
    • Strong network of contacts within the FSI sector, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with C-level executives and decision-makers.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
    • Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional value to clients.
