HR Admin Executive - Singapore - ELITEZ & ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD.
Description
**_Responsible for managing the employee full life cycle, he/she will also assist with payroll management and other HR/Admin duties listed below: - **Administrative
- Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors.
- Responsible for maintaining uptodate employee contact and employee records.
- Provide office administrative support to ensure smooth running of the organization including manage office supplies, stationeries, incoming mails, and vehicle administration. Any other ad hoc administrative duties as assign by the supervisor
Recruitment
- Supporting the HR Manager in preparation of the yearly recruitment plan and the manpower budget.
Onboarding / Offboarding
- Conducting new employee onboarding and offboarding. Application of work passes for international employees
Payroll
- Preparing monthly payroll
Performance Management
- Assist HR Manager with the followup of KPI settings for Management confirmation and yearly appraisal.
Training
- Maintaining the training calendar and monitoring the training budget.
- Conducting training analysis survey to find out about employee training progress to increase productivity.
- Training administration including course registration, training grant, updating of training records, and training feedback etc
Compensation & Monthly payroll processing
- Prepare new hirer salary proposal for approval.
- Conduct yearly salary benchmarking.
- Supporting in annual salary review exercise.
- Maintain employees' schedule of benefits.
- Yearly review and renewal of employee related insurances. Driving employee engagement programs.
Review and update forms & letters, Administration templates when required.
Preparing and issuance of related letters to employees
