The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic, always on the lookout for new business opportunities to propel Shopee to the top spot as the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The primary goal of these teams is to ensure that Shopee's customers have access to a diverse range of products at competitive prices. Explore the available positions in our Business Development and Partnerships team to discover how you can contribute to our mission.

Analyse the commercial performance and operational metrics of sellers in the program, and propose solutions to enhance the performance of new sellers
Create educational materials for sellers regarding policies and available marketing campaigns/resources
Assist in qualifying leads for the seller incubation program
Deliver exceptional troubleshooting support to sellers, ensuring a positive engagement experience
Collaborate on and implement operations for marketing campaigns

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a recognized university or polytechnic
Display a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to contribute to business growth
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships with partners
Comfortable with data analysis; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
Prior experience in e-commerce would be beneficial
Preferably looking for full-time interns (3-6 months duration)
Part-time interns willing to commit to a minimum of 3 working days per week are also encouraged to apply
