Description
Job descriptions- Handle HR work including Recruitment, Attendance, Training, Formulating Policy & Procedure
- Responsible for payroll, compensation and benefits administration
- Prepare employment contract, confirmation, increment, and HRrelated letters
- Conduct orientation programme for new employees
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records and personnel files
- Liaise with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters
- Preparation and submission of monthly reports, survey returns, etc.
- Administration of statutory claims (maternity claims, childcare, etc)
- Admin Duties
- At least 2 years of relevant Human Resource experience
- Good communications and planning skills
- Degree in Business Administration or other associated disciplines
- Knowledgeable of HR systems and databases
