- Contribute to workflow and SOP enhancement, proposing tenant engagement strategies.
- Collaborate to elevate overall service experience.
- Provide on-the-job training for new Concierge personnel.
- Conduct grooming and service skills sessions, updating materials regularly.
- Refresh team on standard operating procedures.
- Restock stationery, groceries, and umbrellas.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
- Assist in managing annual and medical leave applications.
- Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and building management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
