Responsibilities:

Provide utmost customer service with a friendly smile, actively listen to customers' needs, and offer guidance or recommendations based on their preferences.
Driving sales and meet or exceed sales targets
Highlighting promotions or discounts, and using persuasive techniques to encourage additional purchases.
Operating the cash register, processing payments accurately and providing customers with receipts.
Restocking shelves, arranging displays and ensuring products are properly tagged and labelled.
Provide solutions with complaint customers, addressing concerns, or escalating issues to a supervisor or manager when necessary.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
Work closely with other sales associates, opticians, optometrists and managers to ensure smooth operations.
