Job Danage full spectrum:


  • Report to General manager
Manage recruitment and selection.

  • Maintain and update job descriptions and job requirements.
  • Processing of attendance record, monthly payroll and payroll reports.
  • Responsible for timely submission of CPF, IRAs and Income tax to all relevant government entities.
  • Manage in all employee welfare activities.
  • Handle all compensation and benefits for employees.
  • Maintain and update company's HR Handbook, policies and procedures.
  • Prepare of Disciplinary Letters and Staff Memo/ Announcements.
  • Design training programs by liasing with Operation Manager.
  • Evaluate and audit the quality of the training programmes and plan improvements to past training programs.
  • Implement training and development tools and concepts
  • Perform training administration duties such as maintaining training records, database and file keeping.
  • Prepare and conduct new employee induction program.
  • Manage performance management exercise for confirmation, renewal and annual performance review.
  • Support the senior management on annual budgeting exercise.
  • Implement and manage of all HR related projects and ensure that all HR Projects are completed within time frame.
  • Manage collaboration with various government agencies for grants, meeting strategic HR goals for the organization.
  • Manage and maintain organization chart and contact list changes.
  • Response to inquiries from employees.
  • Any other jobs as assigned.

Job Requirement:


  • Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or related
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Possess of Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is an advantage
  • Excellent understanding of the
    Singapore Labour Law
  • Excellentand record keeping skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Adaptable and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Words and Excel
  • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
