    The APAC Compliance Chief of Staff Office will support the APAC Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in managing and coordinating the regional compliance programme.

    Key responsibilitiesRun the bank

    • Support and assist the APAC CCO and APAC Compliance Chief of Staff in the oversight of the country compliance teams and the execution of the compliance programme in APAC
    • Oversee the identification, assessment and management of key compliance risks across the region
    • Drive regional consistency and minimum standards
    • Provide support and guidance to country compliance teams
    • Build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders across different functions and countriesChange the bank
    • Support and assist the APAC CCO and APAC Compliance Chief of Staff in the design, development, delivery and execution of best in class compliance framework and programme
    • Support compliance transformation programme development and execution, and prepare communication and status updates to stakeholders
    • Support efforts to enhance use and deployment of compliance technology and automation
    • Build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders across different functions and countriesJob RequirementsKnowledge, skills and experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • At least years' experience in compliance, legal or other controls related function in the financial services industry
    • Knowledge and expertise in the design and implementation of compliance programmes
    • Ability to manage projects
    • Highly motivated team player
    • Strong analytical, communication (written and verbal) and people skills, ability to influence and collaborate with people across different cultures and backgrounds
    • Adaptable, resilient and passionate about making a difference
    • Subject matter expert, experience dealing with complex issues, forward-looking, solutions-oriented, ability to be hands-on
