    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Overview

    This CSR position will support in our calibration site located at Tuas and work closely with the Key Account Manager in the headquarter (HQ) on customer inquiry and related documentation to be completed.

    Job Description

    1. Managing 3rd party sub-contract in handling the calibration work by taking quotation, issuing PO and manage & coordinate the scheduling for delivery.
    2. Preparation of quotations to client & purchase order to vendors
    3. Interacted with customers professionally by phone, email or in-person to provide information and direct to the right channels
    4. Manage files and records for clients
    5. Monitor office inventory activities, including ordering and requisitions, stocking and shipment receiving.
    6. Arrange schedule with vendor (internal & external) for site calibration schedule
    7. Arrange collection / delivery schedule with logistics upon receiving PO/item completion
    8. Ensure customer requirements on calibration & specification, certificate issued address are met based on requirements

    Job Requirement

    • Education Qualification: Min. Diploma in relevant discipline
    • At least 1 year of relevant experience in related field
    • Good interpersonal skills & customer service oriented
    • Working Location: Tuas

    Job Highlights
