- Thoroughly verify calculations and match contract details to ensure accuracy in agreed rates and chargeable weights.
- Ensure timely creation and updating of ad-hoc shipment records to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain accuracy in all tasks to minimize disputes and discrepancies in billing and documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
- Handle any additional duties or tasks assigned by management to support departmental goals and objectives..
- Possess relevant experience in billing support
