Administrative Executive - Singapore - SEMBWASTE PTE. LTD.
Description
As an Administrative Officer, you will provide administrative and clerical support in the following areas:- ePR creation for procurement, capex form for approval
- Document verification for GR (Goods Receipt) and liaise with GR personnel to get D/O GR for payment & document filing after document GR
- ISO document filing and prepare for yearly ISO audit
- Compiling and monitoring of sectors tonnages
- Assist workers to submit claims
- Thumbprint registration for new hires
- Assist manning customer relations and TMS
- Diesel monitoring to top up diesel tank and daily update of diesel inventory report
- Month end closing to submit reports to Finance for reconciliation
- Cashcard monitoring and top up of cashcard weekly and submit claims for top up to APSS via eform
- Liaising with external vendor/ Procurement to rectify depot Asset Accounting works
- Month end closing to submit Accrual report for nonGR services
- Checking of depot Monitoring & Evaluation works to be rectify
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualifications.
- Proficientin MS office.
- Knowledge on inventory management, contract management, procurement, enterprise resource system and SAP software is a plus.
- Analytical and able to resolve administrative issues.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast pace working environment.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- 5 days' work week
