Job Overview: Managing and leading a small vital Cybersecurity focused software development team. Including Market strategy and research. Technical client servicing.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversee and participate in the software development cycle.

Manage a team of cybersecurity engineers in their day to day.

Conduct market research and advise on market strategies.

Consult with clients on future needs and wants.

Maintaining and improving multiple large codebases.

Creating threat models for Internal and Customer Systems.

Curation of Technical and Business oriented networks.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Rustlang.

Bachelor's degree in IT Security or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Application security. Such as Exploit Development or Vulnerability Research.

Minimum of 2 year of experience in management.

Knowledgeable about common corporate Threat models.

Strong passion for Business strategy.

Preferably fluency in either French, German or Spanish at C1 level or higher.
