    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Compensation and benefits administration (monthly payroll, annual salary review, year-end bonus, leave management)
    • Administration of employee confirmation/promotion/transfer including letter preparation
    • Support tender department on staff's CVs preparation for project tender submission
    • Manage HRIS, update and maintain data accuracy - Employee resignation/termination (offboarding process, exit interview)
    • Income Tax filing (IR21) for leaving foreign staff
    • Attending to staff queries on HR policies and practices
    • Assist in preparing and processing of annual salary increment including preparation of letters
    • Supporting in payroll audits (submission of documents and provide information when needed)
    • Submission & follow up of Government paid leave and Nsmen claims
    • Submission of MOM Labour / Market Survey/ other surveys
    • Administer staff medical/dental claims
    • S | EP | WP applications for employees on MOM portal
    • Support other HR administration and HR initiatives

    Requirements:

    • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration HR Management
    • Min at least 4 years of working experience along with at least 2 years of payroll experience
    • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, CPF and IRAS statutory requirements
    • Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong sense of integrity and ownership
    • Strong communations skills, can work independently and also a team player
    • Strong in internal control procedures
