Executive / Senior Officer, Marketing Communications (Great World) (1 year contract / Permanent) - Singapur, Singapore - Kuok (Singapore) Limited

This position is for GWC Commercial Pte Ltd, a company under Allgreen Properties.

This can be a 1 year contract, with potential conversion to permanent.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support the team in mall-wide campaigns and events to enhance customer experience, drive footfall and increase tenant sales.
• Support the team's efforts to drive revenue for casual leasing such as atrium and advertising spaces.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and billings, proper tracking of expenditure and revenue and liaison with finance.
• Handle marketing administrative duties such as Purchase Orders, Licence Agreements, etc.
• Provide customer service support in ensuring shopper and casual leasing enquiries are attended to in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and maintain good relationships with tenants and garner their participations in the mall's marcom activities.
• Collaborate on Group-wide marcom initiatives as required.
• Any other duties as assigned.
• GCE 'O' Level / ITE / Diploma Qualification
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar capacity, preferably in a shopping mall or retail environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous with a keen eye for details and self-motivated.
• Ability to effectively handle high-volume workload, concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in systems and Microsoft Office.
