Manage client relationships:


  • Analyse clients' data and purchasing behaviour from customer relationship models
  • Analyse clients' feedback, requirements and market sentiments using customer relationship tools for product enhancements
  • Identify responses that can minimise negative impact and address clients' dissatisfaction of goods
  • Identify trades that create value or are mutually beneficial for clients and the organisation
  • Implement clients relationship management programmes by engaging clients and obtaining support
  • Provide postsales support on technical nuances related to product and/or product offerings

Develop sales strategies:


  • Analyse sales channels using clients' profiles to guide achievement of sales performance
  • Conduct market profiling to identify potential market segments and client profiles
  • Monitor competitor landscape and customer demand to provide market intelligence for strategy development
  • Relay feedback from clients on sales factors affecting sales performance to improve sales target development
  • Collaborate with sales and finance departments to facilitate payment processes to sellers
  • Collate relevant information to be included in sales proposals
  • Conduct negotiation of sale agreements
  • Perform followup actions to close sales, including collaborating with Finance and Operations for payment fulfillment activities

Create sales opportunities:


  • Follow up with leads to increase potential clients base
  • Implement enhanced customer acquisition programmes
  • Initiate workinglevel relationships with networks and leads to support sales objectives
  • Contribute in key activities and milestones in technology implementation projects
  • Plan continuous work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies
  • Provide assistance in ongoing records and information review to determine the effectiveness of work processes and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for monitoring competitor landscape to support development of sales strategies.
  • He/she also supports acquisition of sales through his/her generation and followup of leads.
  • Through his/her engagement with customer enquiries and feedback, he/she analyses customer behaviour to support client acquisition and retention.
  • Innovative and resourceful, he/she keeps informed of the organisation's products and services as he/she sources new opportunities both locally and possibly regionally.
  • He/she leverages such knowledge to tailor solutions which meet clients' requirements.
  • He/she commutes extensively to maintain rapport with potential and existing clients and to close sales leads.
  • He/she will work with the Finance Division to follow up with past due accounts.
  • May be required to drive social marketing campaigns as the need arises.
