Senior Manager - Singapore - HE XING BUILDER PTE. LTD.

Description

• Overall planning and reviewing of Company's business strategies, and develop new business opportunities for company.
• Oversee company financial performance and other business ventures, including review of management and financial reports.
• Responsible for overall people management of the Construction staff, including talent identification, recruiting, and development. Coordinates the efforts of various workers in order to ensure that required tasks can be accomplished.
• Manage the daytoday operations on sites undertaken by the company.
• Oversee and manage all office and administration matters(eg. mom / cpf / iras / bca and other government services)
• Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule.
• In charge of the implementation and completion of construction projects within the scheduled time, cost, and quality. Plan and manage projects within manpower budgets and by the company. Plan and organize resources to achieve higher productivity and minimize wastages and float time.
• Prepare all reports and documents for internal or external needs. Familiar with building plans submission procedures and approvals.
• Assist in other business activities as and when assigned.

• Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering or Construction
• At least 10 years working experiences, in construction industry and skilled in construction company office and site management.
• Can work on sites undertaken by our company, Interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to facilitate communication with a range of different stakeholder groups
• Computer literacy,Significant experience with Excel, Word, and other computerbased tools
• Excellent in Mandarin and English
