Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Develop, construct, document, and employ production techniques for models.
Prepare and update Revit Models, including Coordination Drawings.
Generate 2D & 3D shop drawings and as-built documents.
Create Revit families with project-specific parameters.
Maintain and update BIM models according to contract drawings and the latest information.
Ensure the integrity and quality of models and drawings.
Identify discrepancies during the design stage and communicate them to Engineers.
Assist with drawing documentation for projects and other departments.
Participate in System Design and Configuration when opportunities arise.

Prerequisites:

Possess a Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit & Microstation for both 2D & 3D drafting.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an architectural draftsperson.
