Salary: $800 + Overtime

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marine Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) works.
  

Language Requirement:

• Must be able to speak simple English.
  

Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Technicians to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role is critical in ensuring the operational integrity and efficiency of marine electrical and instrumentation systems. The successful candidates will be involved in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various E&I systems on marine vessels.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical and instrumentation systems in marine environments.
  
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation of projects and maintenance tasks.
  
• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and perform troubleshooting activities.
  
• Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure coordinated work activities and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and other team members.
  
• Ensure all work activities comply with environmental regulations and company policies.
  
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
  
• Report regularly to the supervisor on progress, challenges, and any issues encountered on the job.

Requirements
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments, effectively communicating client requirements and ensuring seamless coordination. Possess a strong understanding of technical project requirements and effectively convey them to team members. Provide positive leadership and direction to motivate team members and ensure high-quality performance. Set clear project goals and objectives and oversee project execution from initiation to completion. Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing implementation queries and ensuring client satisfaction. Demonstrate proficiency in the implementation of interiors for high-end premium villas/residential projects. Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Prepare interim and final reports, submitting them to both clients and management for review. Stay updated with the latest developments in the design industry, incorporating relevant advancements into project strategies. Utilize AutoCAD and MS Office proficiently, with experience in other related software being advantageous. Coordinate with clients and designers throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptualization to finalization. Manage project budgets and schedules effectively, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and deadlines. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of local building codes and regulations to ensure project compliance. Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovative problem-solving and a solution-oriented approach.
