Job Description & Requirements:


Responsibilities:


  • Under the New Estates Department plan, oversee and lead the building construction project and the Autonomous Goods Vehicle (AGV) innovation project
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time with proper management of budget
  • Establish efficient delegation of work within the project team and ensure that the project team understands all aspects of their responsibilities
  • Demonstrate good problemsolving skills to address disputes, delays, emergencies or other issues on site
  • Ensure project's compliance to safety and building codes
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders (e.g. Building & Land Authorities)
  • Preparing budgets, variations, schedules and timelines
  • Making project presentations to stakeholders (e.g. Ministers & Senior Managements)

Job Requirements:


  • Must have more than 03 years of experience on the relevant field
  • Must have bachelor's degree qualification in engineering
  • Prior working experience as a project manager is preferable

Salary Range:

- $4,000 - $4,900
