    Full time $36,000 - $60,000 per year Customer Service / Support
    Description
    • Our Client is a Start-up Firm, in Transportation/Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry.
    • 3-6 Months' Contract, with possibility for renwal/conversion.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle Local and Regional Key Accounts.
    • Process and support customer's orders/enquiries timely and accurately.
    • Respond and follow up with business queries.
    • Prepare and submit quotations and rate proposals to customers using CRM/Sales System.
    • Liaison with multiple parties including customers, carriers, hauliers, overseas agents for freight handling & or other matters, to consistently meet customers' requirements.
    • Support on the Follow up with collection of receivables from customers.
    • Prepare timely and accurate pricing and information including taking necessary corrective actions to maximize customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain database of customers and product pricing.
    • Prepare and update individual Customer Reports.
    • Establish SOPs for new customers when required.
    • Ensure compliance with customer's Standard Operating Procedure.
    • Support other sales related initiatives when required.
    • Ensure that all jobs are monitored, costs, selling figures are accurately & timely updated.
    • Communicate discrepancies/issues to Supervisor & Manager when necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Logistics, Business or related discipline.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, from Global Freight Forwarding or Logistics company.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications.
    • Well versed in local compliance and Export/Import regulations.
    • Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent.
    • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Meticulous to details.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with proven track record of managing customers.
    • Ability to work in a diverse environment and cultures.

    Other Information:

    • Working Location: West.
    • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
    • Critical: Due to the organization's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
