Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities
1) Screen, qualify and assess high-potential candidates based on job descriptions as well as organizational and personality fit.
2) Initiate and drive sales and marketing activities for business development with existing and new clients.
3) Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with clients through in-depth industry and employment market intelligence from own research.
Job Requirements
1) Have sales experience or client handling experience.
2) Cheerful, generous and optimistic, good at communication
3) Must have passion and aim to build own career.
4) Experience in manpower or headhunting is preferred.
5) Training will be provided
