The purpose of this role is work closely with the Digital Performance teams to implement and execute Performance Marketing campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Focused on DaytoDay execution and ensure timely and accurate campaign management.
Demonstrate advanced understanding of the Display and Video ecosystem, Programmatic technology and building relationships with key partners.
Liaises with vendors and third party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
Collaborate on planning and strategy for Display and Programmatic activity as part of a range of different media mixes from our client portfolio.
Showcase the ability to build, manage, optimise, and troubleshoot varied campaigns that span the marketing funnel, utilising marketleading DSPs and managed service vendors.
Be comfortable and confident manipulating large data sets accurately, providing meaningful and actionable insights to meet client KPIs.
Utilise exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with the internal team stakeholders
Liaising with the team to ensure that all team admin is up to date and accurate by required deadlines (Reporting / billings, PCAs etc)

Qualifications + Skills

Minimum of 5 years' experience working within a performance role (Display/ Programmatic advertising experience is preferred, but not mandatory)
Detail orientated with first class analytical skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Display strong initiative and goal driven.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work both as an individual or within a team.
Effective organisation and time management.
Ability to lead meetings both internally and externally in relation to activation and delivery.
Developing external relationships with media owners.
