Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, report preparation & submission, etc
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing, arranging interview, salary proposal and on boarding process/orientation
- Assist to manage employees' matters in areas of compensation matters, calculation of OT pay for workers
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
- Perform general HR administrative functions such as processing of Work Pass, preparation of appointment / confirmation letters, insurance claims for Hospital & Surgical and Work Injury Compensation
- To undertake other HR function and adhoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.
- Monitor office cleanliness and upkeeping of office equipment maintenance
- Assist in COVID related measures
- Preparation and submission of statutory, WICA and other relevant HR reports To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
Qualification & Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business / Management or any related field
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge and experience in local employment laws and HR practices
- Background in Construction /Civil Engineering industry would be an advantage
