***- Join and Report to Delivery Lead and be in the UOB IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Team, part of Group Risk Management.

The role will encompass the responsibility of

Being a Technical Analyst and taking up the development of changes to GRC
Implementing and supporting vendor systems components and

Providing Level 3

Production Support
Gathering and analyzing requirements and performing very appropriate and accurate impact analysis of the changes requested
Getting involved in design for both the internal and vendor changes
Getting involved in development, unit testing as well as system integrated testing for both the internal and vendor changes
Providing consultation and support in addressing production related issues and tasks and also supporting SIT/UAT activities pertaining to the changes
Planning, preparing, and executing system rollout and implementations
Requirements Management
Engage with System Analyst & SME to collate, understand and finalize functional and technical requirements
Design & Development
Partner with Architects and Dev. Manager to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards
Test Management
Implementation Management

Requirements:

Experience and knowledge with Aldon LM(e) product & setup is an added advantage
Banking domain or financial institution working experience and familiarity with SDLC process and change management tools.
Must possess customer oriented and Can-Do attitude (should be able to accommodate overtime work when needed
Have good interpersonal and communications skills
