Responsibilities:

Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach in working with Sales, Marketing and Finance to obtain accurate information and aligned forecast with AOP/S&OP consensus.
Own all demand planning tasks from launch to discontinuation, incl. launch sizing, promo planning, PIPO management and nonsellables
Maintain forecast in JDA using historical data, statistical forecasting and market insights
Lead monthly preS&OP meetings with commercial and marketing team
Track forecast accuracy and fulfilment levels, rootcause variances and develop action plans to improve performance in key areas
Collaborate internally with Sales, Marketing and Pricing as well as externally with Supply Planners and Lifecycle Managers in Europe to manage demand and supply communication.
Supply issues coordination & resolution, and excess stocks management
Review existing processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency or effectiveness
Firstexperience in demand planning with background in Beauty, FMCG or Travel Retail
Strong business acumen and eager to understand our business
Able to work independently and as part of a larger team located across different offices
Detailoriented with excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Excel and systemsavvy, preferably with advanced excel skills and SAP and JDA knowledge
