Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair various electronics and communications equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network systems, routers, servers, and computers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the effective operation of communication equipment and systems.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Utilize experience in ex-Army regular handling TCS platform to enhance equipment maintenance and performance.
• Perform equipment upgrades and software installations as required.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in electronics and communications.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma/ITC/NTC-2 in Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related working experience in Electronics and Communications Equipment.
• Experience in handling network systems, routers, servers, and computers.
• Experience in ex-Army regular handling TCS platform will be an added advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
