Job Responsibilities

• To provide support in the daily ground operations
• Providing management of facilities, running of system operations and handling enquiries
• Attending to all operational matters
• Ensure that all office equipment and computer peripherals are maintained in good working condition
• Reconcile and take custody of all payment collections at the end of shift with the report generated by POS machines to ensure they are properly accounted
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum GCE O Level with 2 years of Cashiering / Customer Service experience
• Have prior relevant experience in the scope that has been assigned
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work

Working Hours / Location

• Woodlands / Tuas (Transport provided)
• 4 days work, 2 days off (rotating basis - 2 days morning, 2 days afternoon)
• Morning Shift: 10am to 10pm (2hrs break)
• Afternoon Shift: 10pm to 10am (2hrs break)
• Monthly performance incentives
• Medical coverage + Annual leaves provided
• Performance Bonus
