About the role

You will lead continuous improvement projects for South East Asia and Oceania region and work closely with local retail operations teams to drive retail standards and performance.

Role Expectations

Store Operations

Manage new store openings and any existing store refurbishment operational arrangements
Define and refresh the retail operations manual to ensure stores satisfy audit requirements
Oversee and manage operations costs and liaise with different vendors and suppliers to ensure spending is as efficient as possible
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by the store teams at all times
Manage all policies of manpower planning in store with alignment to business needs
Manage the order & inventory of nonmerchandise materials

Retail Excellence

Act as business partner to the retail management team (GM's and countrylevel Retail Managers) to drive operational standards and sales across the network
Support the Retail Manager in the preparation and analysis of key performance indicators (KPI)
Drive new initiatives and projects further to increase the effectiveness of the retail operation / performance function (e.g. all category transactions, handbag crossselling, local client sales focus)

Competencies

6 to 8 years of experience in retail operations and retail management, preferably in the retail industry
Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus
Knowledge of retail operations, business analysis, KPI measurement and setup
Intermediate level of excel skills
