    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsiblities:

    • Develop, update and implement food safety management system (ISO to ensure products produced meet customer and regulatory requirements
    • Manage and facilitate internal and external audits
    • Assist to ensure all PRP requirements are met
    • Liaise with external laboratory on microbiological testing
    • Lead in prompt investigation and resolution of customer feedback or complaint
    • Develop and conduct appreciate training in all aspect of food quality and safety
    • Other duties as assigned by management

    Requirements:

    • Diploma/Degree in relevant studies
