KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working directly with the CEO of APAC Capital Markets to maintain and expand relationships with priority global and APAC investors, identify opportunities and stay involved in larger pitch / project execution.


Key Account CRM (client relationship management) - Develop, manage and deepen existing and prospective institutional client relationships to promote JLL's real estate investment services and actively drive forward a CRM programme for major clients in APAC.


As part of the wider APAC Capital Markets platform, play a key role in understanding the portfolio strategies and investment requirements of priority clients - and helping to connect clients with opportunities across APAC.

Support and help to drive the origination and execution of Capital Markets transactions in Singapore


Develop a strong understanding of the client base, including their portfolio holdings, strategic objectives, and decision making and come up with potential investment ideas to clients to generate capital markets transactions.

This includes interpreting investment market trends and insights to form articulate, professional advice to our clients.


Involvement in the execution of both buy and sell side transactional business (including buy and sell side, capital raising, debt and corporate M&A) for key clients managed by the regional team though assistance in pitching, client liaison and project management.


Work with and guide junior team members on pitch / marketing documents and any other duties that management may reasonably require.

Research and analyse real estate market fundamentals and trends to identify new areas of business.


Maintain a positive profile in the community, proactively engage in business development activities through networking, industry seminars and leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.

Work collaboratively with global and regional colleagues to maximise value to our clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Have and maintain strong knowledge of market trends and conditions in the key global markets.

Sound knowledge and understanding of the APAC real estate markets is essential.

Ability and willingness to undertake business development activities is a key requirement.

Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as business, finance and/or preferably real estate.

Proven academic track record with strong underlying knowledge of property valuation & structuring.

Relevant experience in a transactional real estate role, with experience across a range of sectors.

Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail is essential.

Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) (VBA and other software skills a plus).

Fluent in English; additional relevant languages encouraged.

Must be willing to travel in the region (as required).


You should possess strong analytical, communication and team-working skills and be comfortable in dealing with people of all cultures and at different levels across Asia.
