As a Product Analyst, you will be at the forefront of product development, helping to shape our offerings and contribute to our success. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing, preparing, and managing the product backlog, documenting user stories, and supporting our agile development process. Your work will directly impact the delivery of our products and ensure they align with our clients' current and future needs.

What you'll do:

· Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to understand and execute the product strategy.

· Prepare and manage the product backlog, documenting user stories to ensure a clear understanding by the product delivery team.

· Engage with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, and support, to drive collaboration and success.

· Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation for both internal and external use.

· Provide valuable business analysis support in our agile development environment.

· Work closely with the QA team to define and manage the testing suite.

· Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Skills and experiences:

· Excellent presentation and documentation abilities to articulate and document product requirements clearly.

· A team-oriented mindset that thrives in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

· Strong listening and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with diverse teams.

· Entry Certificate in Business Analysis, Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis, AZ–900, MB-910, Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are preferred.

· You likely possess a minimum bachelor's degree in business, MIS, Economics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

· Previous experience working as a business analyst for either an end-user or information technology consulting firm.
