Well established award-winning F&B company located in Senoko Way (Sembawang) seeking Accounts Executive

Responsibility/Job Description

1. Corporate/Trade Customers

a. Investigate and resolve disputes and billing issues

b. Accrue/reverse related expenses

c. Pass/Review journals

d. Issue invoice/CN/DN where appropriate

e. Manage customers' specific arrangement (e.g. consignment, returns etc)

f. Able to manage GL or equivalent matters

2. Retail/café

a. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports

b. Reconcile sales and finalise sales numbers promptly

c. Prepare/review costing and set pricing for menu as required

d. Stock adjustments

e. Reconciliation

f. Manage POS system (finance-related)

g. Manage stock-take

3. Reports / Closing

a. Prepare sales reporting to external stakeholders

b. Prepare key expenses and project-related schedules

c. Responsible for month-end closing by also preparing accurately the month/year-end accruals, prepayments and other balance sheet items (e.g. fixed assets)

d. Prepare cash-flow and sales reports

4. Monitor/manage finance assistants and executives' works

5. Participate in other company-wide activities (e.g. HQ stock-take)

6. Other ad-hoc finance related matters

Requirement

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance relating to F&B industry

2. Diploma and above qualification

3. Able to pay attention to details

4. Possess good communication skills

5. Proficient in intermediate excel functions
