Align and drive business objectives with people priorities for the OCBC Global Wholesale Banking business.
Build strong partnership with business managers and employees to effectively champion and implement HR programmes, policies, and processes.
Provide thoughtful and effective advice on people management and organisational issues, including change management, team building and overall effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal HR specialists to further develop people capabilities
Guide and support managers and employees on HR matters relating to performance management, talent development, rewards and recognition, employee engagement and relations
Work with the line managers and employees to help maintain healthy employee engagement and where necessary jointly manage and resolve employee relations issues and disciplinary matters.
Identify opportunities to streamline and align processes in consultation with other internal HR specialists.

Qualifications

Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
Analytical, detail oriented and adept at working with data and metrics
Able to deal with ambiguity, work independently, resourceful, and proactive
Forward looking, creative, commercially focused and people oriented
University degree in any discipline with more than 10 years of experience as a HR Business Partner
