Description

• Acquisition of new customers and developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify opportunities to increase volume , profitability ,sales and strategic opportunities for growth
• Identify new sales leads and secure sales appointments
• Responsible for following up with customers on outstanding payment within the stipulated timeframe
• Monitor and achieve own and subordinates' sales target and KPIs set by the company, milestones and invoices accuracy
• Gather market intelligence and understand market trends in the food industry pertaining to food equipment, processing and packaging
• Understand clients' requirements and propose recommendations and solutions
• Propose quotations and follow up with clients on the proposal
• Make recommendations for business improvements and build standard operating procedures
• Monitor and liaise with Customer on their stock level
• Weekly Sales reporting to the Managing Director

Requirements

• Possess a valid class 3 driving license preferred
• Minimum of O level or equivalent
• Min. 1 years of sales experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Proactive and fast adaptability
• Good team player with high initiative and the ability to work independently
