    Roles & Responsibilities

    On behalf of one of its clients in the design services, the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is recruiting an Account Executive Design & Marketing.

    An Account Executive supports the Account Direction team across a number of disciplines and categories, including brand, retail, packaging and digital. The role of the team in the agency is to oversee projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential, providing best-in-class customer service and marketing recommendations.

    Daily contact with clients is a key part of the job, so offering new and forward-thinking ideas is essential to the productive communication process. A very confident and assertive attitude is necessary to promote the agency's ideas and benefits.

    Reporting to the company's directors or an Account Director, this is a fast-paced environment that is both demanding and fulfilling, involving the co-ordination of internal and external staff.

    Typical activities

    • The day-to-day management of clients' brand, packaging and retail project activities
    • Regular communication and liaison with clients at a mid to senior level
    • The organisation of client feedback
    • Generating accurate reports and status notifications
    • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
    • Pro-active activities that encourage teams to perform to the best of their ability
    • Budget & administrative follow-up for every project
    • Farming and business development to develop sales pipeline

    What we are looking for:

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • A previous experience in professional client relationship management
    • A previous experience in the design industry is preferred
    • Good client management and presentation skills
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Skilled in MS office – Powerpoint, Word and Excel
    • A keen attention to detail and budgetary constraints, with a lot of rigor
    • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
    • The willingness to learn and grow
    • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well
